The Mossel Bay area
The town of Mossel Bay, at the start of the picturesque South African Garden Route, is a center of growth and development in the Western Cape, making it an excellent choice to invest in the property market.
Known for it's favourable weather conditions and beautiful beaches, the area is a favoured summer holiday destination, offering a wide variety of nature and water sports. Strung out along the coast is a number of coastal towns to choose from. On the Cape Town side it ranges from Stilbaai to Dana Bay conservancy. Towards George there's Hartenbos, Great Brak, Glentana, and numerous smaller beachfront areas.
